Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Guaranteed check- in time from 1400pm.

Check out is up to 1000am.

We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

A valid credit card is and  $100 pre-authorisation is required upon check.

If you are paying with cash, a $200 deposit is required and photo identification.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, you can arrive whenever you do. We have a very easy to use After-Hours check in service (key safe at the front entrance).

We will text the key safe code to you automatically, just before we close on your arrival day.

Our After-Hours team are only a phone call away or via the front entrance intercom and someone is always here.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Subject to availability on check in.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

When you reservation is made, we will process the 1st nights accommodation cost.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday - Friday 0800am - 1900pm

Saturday - Sunday 0830am-1700pm

Public Holidays 0930am - 1430pm

Please note someone is always here.
